1. Service

procod! provides a SaaS account portal, account services, plan and spend controls, and downloadable Windows software.

2. Plans and billing

Free, Pro, Enterprise, and self-host paths are governed by the configured payment terms. Paid checkout and customer portal operations are handled through Stripe-backed server routes.

3. Acceptable use

Users must not attack infrastructure, bypass usage limits, abuse account access, upload unlawful content, or attempt to compromise other users, devices, teams, or API keys.

4. Account responsibility

Users are responsible for protecting passwords, OAuth access, linked devices, API keys, team invitations, and billing permissions.

5. Liability

The service is provided according to the production agreement and applicable law. Final jurisdiction and operator details must be confirmed by the production owner before public launch.
